Using Genius NetScroll Optical with Logitech MouseWare (because current Genius' drivers [even though they are better IMO] have resource leak under Win98), the Account and Headers pane scroll 3 lines, and the viewer (I use RTV) a little less than 2 lines. The editor scrolls 3 lines.
