Well, I solved this problem for own needs easy
1. Created own CA
2. Generated keys for all needed contacts

Nobody (except needed me persons, which I know and transmit certs from
habd to hand) trust this CA, but it's not a problem for small
comminity - we can see corporate PKI on market... And some mans use it
and pay _big_ money for such solutions
