We won't Konstantin> tell them:)))) It's not so much (sorry moderator for following an off-topic issue but I should set the record straight) what Microsoft specifies in their NDA, and if it may be legal in one state but not in another or legal in one country but not in another, it's that my signature actually was on the document returned to Microsoft. Kind of like signing a lease or contract. May not be legal in it's context or content but it would take me a year in court to refute it, should the need be, because my signature is affixed and the judge (and/or jury) may have a large issue with me signing a document without due diligence of reading and comprehension.
