I know I'm using far from the last beta, but I haven't seen any bugfix notification about this, so;
An hour ago, I wrote a mail on my laptop disconnected from the network. I put it in the outbox and turned off the computer. When arriving to work, I connected my laptop and turned it on, starting TB! and send all mails in my outbox. One of them should have been catched by a condition specified on the alternative tab of an outgoing filter, but wasn't. I know it's not the filter that is broken, since it has been working for quite a time and still is working, not counting the mentioned letter. It therefore seems like outgoing filters is not applied in this case.
