That didn't help. But the solution is to have "Allow to edit this field
in the message editor" checked. Then you can use something like:

%SETHEADER("X-Message-Flag","Get yourself a real email client. http://www.mutt.org/";)

I think it should be documented that you can only change header lines
via a template if you add them to the preferences and make them editable
with the message editor. That's not really intuitive.
