For me if mail one has 1 page, and mail two has 4 pages then TB! prints
mail one properly but only prints one page of mail two. Enabling page
number shows 1 of 1 for mail one and 1 of for mail two as well. To me it
looks like it doesn't reset the page number when it prints multiple
mails in one go. Or I suppose it could just be my system being weird.
