CPUIdle cools your CPU while idle, just like Windows 2000 does.
Excellent tool, it cooled and therefore made my W98 machine a lot more
silent. You can find it at http://download.com

(I tried www.cpuidle.com - don't do that. Nasty popups with nasty
content, a little bit embarrassing here in our open office facilities :-)
