Hello tbbeta If you have a message addressed in the format > "Surname, Firstname" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "MyLast, > David" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "Other, Greg" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> etc then selecting "Add recipient to address book", correctly invokes the address book, adds "Surname, Firstname", and gives you the choice of selecting the groups etc
THEN it asks if should add all OTHER recipients to the same address book and Group. (Very promising - didn't know this feature existed!) HOWEVER..... Say YES - and watch it randomly allocate firstname, lastnames and e-mail addresses in the address book. I have NO clue on the logic it is using :-) Needs some serious review! regards, Graham Using The Bat! 1.63 Beta/11 under Windows XP 5.1 (Build 2600, Service Pack 1) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Notice: This e-mail message, together with any attachments, contains information of Merck & Co., Inc.
