I have been looking at MTA's lately and one feature I have seen in M2
that I really like is the ability to thread and collapse messages.
This is done like in "Agent" by clicking a "+" near the head of the
topic. This shows that there a thread and allows you to have the
option of not having to see all of them at once. For example:
+pickeled Ice Cream
RE: Pickeled Ice Cream
RE: Pickeled Ice Cream
RE: Pickeled Ice Cream
RE: Pickeled Ice Cream
RE: Pickeled Ice Cream
