IIRC - and I may be quite wrong here -, Eudora did exactly what he proposed, the signature itself was attached ad over with it. Since my very active days in PGP (that is understanding the program and advising people upon it) are over - I just want to use it now, like I use a car -, I don't know if this is viable.
