I have noticed something similar to this as well... duplicates... It'd
seem that if there was a new mail on the last fetch, and you've marked
as read, it seems to refetch the same mail... if you run a kill dupes
on an IMAP account, it returns a large number... I'm pretty sure I
don't get nearly 300 duplicates a day, I think I'd notice them in the
message lists... but sometimes you can select a folder, and see
several duplicates in the display before it refreshes, maybe these are
linked.
