I think while I'm composing a message, when I hit send, it appends a copy to the Outbox, then prompts me for my PGP details (PGP/MIME for this list), once I've done that, it appends the updated version, then doesn't send either. I select the folder, notice a copy in there, and hit send, a second copy appears after the folder refreshes, and it sends both of them.
