All mine change colour when the mouse passes over them and not just
TB! but all my applications. They change to the highlight colour
which at the moment is blue, the same colour as the title bar. If I
change my XP colour theme then the highlight colour changes... For
example now it's Olive green.
As far as I can remember, it always has and is not in any way
abnormal.
