I already replied that the way the templates work changed in this
latest version. Try to put this into your reply template, for example:

%Subject="Re: 
%SetPattRegExp=""(?i)\A\:?(\s*(re|ref.|res|rcpt|fwd|fw|enc)(\[\d*\])?:\s*)*(.*)""%RegExpBlindMatch=""%OSubj""%SubPatt=""4"""

You won't be able to change the subject unless you type something in
the message body, and then go back to the subject field. The very same
templates work perfectly well with version 1.63r. Try it and you'll
see the new problem.
