Viewing HTML require _only_ follow W3C guidelines and HTML 4 + CSS + ...
specification (and HTML viewer IS big headache now, as we know)

Downloading external images will require implementing protocol HTTP
inside The Bat (_full browser_) and it's more big and hard task, than
simply render HTML (with all stupid "addons" and "extensions")

Now you have cool and powerful mailer, with HTTP you'll get lame browser
in weakened mailer
