However, if you go to http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/ and register there (note that the form looks similar but is slightly different, e.g. it asks for your phone number which the first one does not), that account will give you access to the beta site. Of course you username will be already taken by the first system (which I still have no idea what secret site it's supposed to protect and where it is), but if you make a new user it will get you in.
