It may be a duplicate spam mail, one that's been processed before.
It may be that the time delay as already described by Alexy hasn't
registered it yet.
Either way it happens to me and Bayesit is working impeccably. On
the very rare occasion it misses one, I mark it as junk and the
total is updated after a minute or so.
