Hi
On Saturday, October 11, 2003 at 22:11:04GMT -0400 (which was 9:08 PM where I live)
DG Raftery Sr. wrote and made these points on the subject of "Replies not plain text?":
DRS> This is a Base64 encoded message that reads as follows:
DRS> "You also have to look at individual personality issues. Now my son is
DRS> not at the 200 IQ level. However, in some ways he does less
DRS> academically than children less gifted than he is. And, it isn't due
DRS> to lack of adequate challenge. He is a kid who is curious to know
DRS> about things, but he is not academically inclined.
DRS>

Theoretically he could start college several years be`."
DRS> Not sure why the sender encoded it as such but it's at their end.
DRS> Anyway ...
But that is the thing. I *didn't* encode it. Under options, I am set to send
messages as plain text. I am now having this problem on another list, but even worse.
That is the first time, it was only encoded in the digest but was OK on the e-mails
going to people individually.
Now, on another list, any replies that I send to the list (but not original messages)
are showing up encoded. The significance appears to be that if I hit reply then the
response goes encoded. If I do the message from scratch it is normal. Any thoughts
on how to get rid of this problem?
