when my girlfriend gets an email on her side of the PC, and the sender was asking for a reading confirmation, the confirmation gets generated, goes to the Outbox, and sits there. :-/ the option 'send immediately' under 'Folder Properties/Confirmation' is ticked, so I don't see why it doesn't work.
