It's not just these settings either. I think it's all of them. Try
changing the IMAP server, and it'll still use the old one... same with
Secure Connections option (TLS/SSL)... they all require a restart of
TB for them to take affect. This is slightly frustrating, especially
if you are prone to typos, or thinking of the wrong things (like 3
different servers).
