It is simple windows XP theme apllied :). The scrollbars were not blue before,
when The Bat didn't support XP themes. Now it does, and this is not a bug. In
the message view the column by which the messages are sorted also highlighted.
(If you resort the messages by other column, the other one will be highlighted
by "transparent blue"). If the messages is not sorted at all (or sorted by some
hidden column), no column will be highlighted.

I found this feature as good one, not as bug!
