As to #1 just thinking about the import process I would think the answer to the above question would be yes. If there was a problem, you would know what goes to where, and re-import them, then use the kill dupes to eliminate messages already received without problem. As to #2 I would think the same directory structure should be used because it would be less hassle from an administrative view point unless there is a benefit I can't think of presently. I did a search on bat*.tmp and located only 3 files in "C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temp".
