If you're subscribed to TBOT, you'll see that the last time I posted
there, two copies were sent.
I'm back to using a local Outbox. :/ Using a local Outbox has proven
very reliable in sending single copies. It's just that I can't save a
draft at one location and go to the next location to open and complete
the message.
