I had a very similar problem yesterday. A small POP3 viewer told me that there was a new message - but I couldn't download this message with TB. I started "Account - Dispatch on Mail Server- All messages". The "Read" icon was set - so I set "Receive" manually and then I got the message. Never had such a problem...
