In the subject Cyrillic characters were used and subject is encoded correctly, providing information that subject is in windows-1251 charset. Your message body contain only english characters, so it was marked as us-ascii. This is also correct. But The Bat! was not able to handle it correctly and in the message list Subject of the message was displayed in charset, specified in message body, not subject, charset.
