I seem to recall that in 1.x pressing Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] to change the capitalization of a word used to work in a more friendly fashion. Didn't it used to capitalize a word and move automatically to the next word (i.e., skipping a space)? If not, then I think it really should do that. This makes it easy to capitalize or uncapitalize multiple words at a time. The current implementation is much less convenient.
