No, not confirmed and neither is you F4 problem. You seem to have some pretty messed up shortcut settings, take a look under View | Edit shortcuts. I don't remember how customized shortcuts are removed, but I do remember it has been discussed. If I were you I would try to find out how and reset my shortcuts to default.
