When I assigned Hotkeys to those two Commands I found that I needed to
enter on two Locations. The first I assigned under 'MainMenu|Specials'
in the 'Assign Shortcut = Alt F12' under MainMenu View. The second
entry I made under 'Message List Popup|Specials'.
