That may be because EML file type is still associated with TB (i.e. no
other program has associated EML with it). Open Windows Explorer (not
IE) and select Tools/Folder Options/File Types and scroll till you find
EML, you will probably see it is still associated with TB. If you want
(he wants) to change it, click on the Change button and select which
program should be associated with EML files.
