<Ctrl>+<F4> is usually the way to close a window within a program,
like a document in Word or a page in Opera (MDI). <Alt>+<F4> closes
the program. However, there are windows that are actually independent
of the main window of an application, like, for instance, TB's Editor
windows. They, too, are shut by <Alt>+<F4>.
