From my POV: One is from MS and working, the other is from I don't
know who and works. My experience with both set-up routine tells me
that MSI is more flexible than the current one RITLabs uses.

MSI will be more familiar and probably more flexible without
sacrificing ease of use.

As a non-programmer-type user I take applications as black boxes to
which I feed what I want and see what comes out. If it is what I need
I like it, otherwise I try to find another app.
