Yes and no.. Right now it only check for smileys and Roguemoticons on my server. However at a later point you will be able to specify other servers too. Provided someone has set up a server to collect smileys and has a way to output what TB needs when it asks the server about a smiley, then yes, you could use it with any list, and any server. About the time this TB beta becomes official, so will Roguemoticons and PCWSmileys.
