Hi all, IMAP still does not work very well. When I synchronize with the server, mails do not get filtered to local folders as they should (I set filters that should move the mails to local POP3 folders, but mails only get copied to these folders and remain in the IMAP folders). Also all mails (which are unread) in one folder get the read flag at once simply by clicking on the folder.
9Val showed me how filtering works: Connecting to the server (not synchronizing) with CTRL-F2, then clicking on the folders you want to filter. The filter gets executed and filters the mails as it should.
