PF> IMAP account:
PF> 1 - Make Virtual folder under an IMAP folder, set to find something
PF> in the IMAP folder
PF> 2 - Go to Account > Manage IMAP folders. Click Close.
PF> => The virtual folder disappears!
It is known issue since first IMAP implementation. Any non-IMAP folder
is removed from tree after managment of IMAP folders. Only exception
is that VFs in root of IMAP account will persist.
