I had this happen on my old machine a couple of times. I don't think
this is TB!'s fault. On that old Win98 machine <alt>+<shift> toggled the
keyboard layout. So when I hit <alt>+<shift>+<F2> and missed the <F2>
the first time, the layout would have changed. Hitting <alt>+<shift>
again turned it back. Strangely, this doesn't work on the laptop I'm
using right now, also running Win98SE... hmm
