I have just installed a fresh copy of V3 home and I am remaking my filters
as messages arrive (Using NFS) .
One refuses to work.

I can test it and it tells me that the message would have been moved.
I re-filter ant it tells me that the right number of messages have been
acted on.
I check the log and it states.
