I just noticed that my preferences-anti-spam was the bayesit plug-in by Achim Winkler, v1.3 . I also noticed that the info on 3.0 shows a new default bayesit plug-in. So I deleted the plug-in I had, and went to my C:\Program Files\The Bat!\BayesIt\ and selected the tbp plugin and now I have a V06.0 version of BayesIt installed.
