I don't believe a change of wording to be a good idea. Would you show "From" when I highlight a mail sent to me? What about all other mails in the list, should they show the from address also? If so, the feature would be somewhat meaningless, if not, the column title wouldn't reflect what's actually showed in that field. But I agree an entry like "To/From" or "Auto To/From" (suggested by Alexander S. Kunz) might be better than "Correspondent". > If "Correspondent" is used you still can't discern who really wrote > what since it could be that- as it happens a lot on lists - someone > answers his own posts. You wouldn't use this column in folders containing list emails, would you? I don't see the point in doing that, I'm never interested in the "To" field of a mailing list email. And don't forget the small arrow I suggested to mark if the email is sent to or from me. Without some kind of marker for "email direction", using the "Correspondent" column would be very confusing. -- Regards, Marcus Ohlstrm Using The Bat! v3.0.0.8 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 4 PGP Public Key at http://www.canit.se/~marcus/pgp.asc ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.00.11 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
