%IF:"a">>"b":"foo":"bar"  changed into  %IF("a">"b","foo","bar") ?

Such syntax exists since TB 1.63 and only the %IF macro differs.
Here are some examples:

%QUOTES(%QINCLUDE(My_Quick_Template))
%IF:%CCLIST=="":"CC field is empty":%CCLIST
%_MyVariable(%ATTACHMENTS)
