Hi All,

Because of my desire to use 'Selective Download ' filters I have been
trying to discover why using the selective.txt (ST) file produced by
Bayesit, causes mail downloads to freeze or otherwise malfunction.

Using TB v3.0.0.15 there are two distinct problems:

Problem 1.
Setting the filter to call Regex from the ST file causes the filter to
find a 'match' with EVERY message.

I suggest that the most likely cause of this is that the filter does
not actually access the ST file, thus setting the filter with 'blank'
regex. This will then match everything. This was an old bug which I
understood had been fixed!

Problem 2.
The filters do not seem to be able to handle the Regex written by
Bayesit.

a) I sent a message to myself with the Subject: Regextestmessage1
b) I set a filter with the following Condition:
   Header matches any of Regextestmessage1
c) When I tried to receive the message the filter successfully
detected and filtered the message.

Then I repeated the test with the filter condition set with Bayesit
style Regex:
      Header matches any of
(?x-i)[\r\t\s\,\;\:\/\=\\\"\(\)\{\}\[\]\']Regextestmessage1[\r\t\s\,\;\:\/\=\\\"\(\)\{\}\[\]\']

The download froze at the point where the filter started to
process the messages (7 of them)

There is nothing wrong with the Regex (it tests perfectly), but it
seems that the filter cannot work with it successfully.

Can anyone else confirm this?
