Are you saying that the Header field-Sender condition,
although it does trigger on Sender: fields, is actually
triggering on X-Sender: fields?

Until it's fixed, you can replace:

    Header field - Sender - the.address

with something like

    Header - ^(?i-s)Sender:.*the\.address
