Hello Clive,

On Wed, 13 Oct 2004 you wrote in <mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

As one of the few members on this list who have personally met Mary I
don't think she's capable of a bad tempered thought (but I could be
wrong) ;-)

I am fully in accord with Dierk in his message
<MID:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Complaining with a smile and
good humour gets far more done than expletives and bad temper. All that
gets is the door shut in your face and I have many instances in my life
when the door has been opened to me but slammed shut to others purely
because of a polite attitude. After all it costs nothing. ;-)
