That would be adequate. What would work just as good for me is if the normal action of, say, Ctrl+[/]\ were to cause the cursor to jump not to the end of the string but rather to the end of the string + 1 position. In most cases, that would make it very easy to change the case on multiple, consecutive words. > >> - Adding message base encryption to the Professional Edition > > AY> Without this, it seems like there is no significant differentiator > AY> between the professional and the home edition. > > There is - working with security tokens. If someone walks up to my computer with a diskette and uses UnPass, s/he can have all of my passwords within seconds. After that, s/he could access all of my mail and who knows what else. But I am not at all an expert on this. So maybe you are right, and I am just tilting at windmills here. > AY> I find it disturbing that a small utility like "The Bat! Perhaps, but couldn't it be a bit more difficult than it is now? I mean, in theory, you can also break PGP encryption, but how long will it take and how often is it done? > AY> Stefan, if you would publish a better job offer, then you would surely > AY> succeed in finding a good writer very quickly. Examples of good offers are welcome into my PM. We will > look for them in the Net, too... Looking on the Web should be sufficient. As far as I can tell, job offers generally follow a standard format. If the company is large and well-established, they probably won't mention anything about salary. Everyone will assume that the salary is comparable to market rates (and that the perks are better than average). But with smaller companies, the salary is generally specified (because people feel less secure applying for such jobs). If the salary is reasonable, it should increase the number of responses received. You can get a good idea of what elements are standard in a job offer by looking at the way this is organized at: http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/ Otherwise you can go to the Website of any major company to see how they present their job offers (keeping in mind that the big companies are less likely to say anything in advance about salary). For a look at how Adobe and Microsoft do it, see: http://cooljobs.adobe.com/frameset.html?goto=er-joblist http://www.microsoft.com/careers/search/default.aspx Taking the Yahoo base as a format, if you prepare something with the following information: Position Type, Company Name, Location, Salary, Date, Experience, and a general description, I will be happy to polish the English for you so that you can distribute the job offer or add it to your Web site. If you like, you can follow this up with me by PM. -- Avi Yashar Windows XP Pro SP2 and TB Pro 3.0.1.33 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is (none) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
