Dear Alexander,
Dear all,

Now I'm pretty happy this evening. I found the actual problem of the
high CPU. But let me start from the beginning. At the End I still have
a question to you folks and specially to RL.

Last night I did the whole process of backing up my eMail Bases,
Registries and whatever according to Alexander's recommendations.
Thanks Alex.
Today I used the whole day to just find the right way in getting TB!
running without the high CPU. As a base of restoring I used Alex
recommendations of first creating an Account, check the CPU level and
then bringing in the datas. The creation of the new Account was fine.
But after restoring the original Base I got a high CPU again. Deleting
the Account and restoring the state just after the point having the
fresh Install with just one new account, brought no change. The CPU
wont drop. As I did all Reg- and Folder Backups just after
Installation I put those back - CPU is normal again. Next try was to
go with just one Account - CPU went high again - back to start.
Sometimes I had to reboot, sometimes not. Now I tried other ways. As I
also made a zip of the whole mail base I restored this one into a
temporary folder. Now I copied the file base to the new Account
folder. Wow the CPU stayed low. So it cant be the file base that is
damaged.

When calling the Restore Window I got the idea not to restore all the
functions available. Here I went step by step. So I went through all
the options one by one: Account Properties, Folders with Messages,
Address Books, Global Options, Attachment Files. After each restore I
had to leave TB! and Restart it. I tipped on the Attached Files - but
after Restoring the "global options" I suddenly got the high CPU
again. So that was the culprit. Now I could move on to find the
specific "global file" who is creating the high CPU. I restored by
hand my color.ini and address.ini - the CPU stayed normal.

Now my System is up and normal. But I want to find the proper file
that was creating this high CPU. Therefore my request for your help -
especially from RL (as it's actually there issue).

I need to know which are the files that are restored under the "Global
Options"? I want then restore those one by one and see what happens.
Any idea?

I hope that this can be to the help off all of you who still face this
problem of high CPU and hopefully for RL to find counter measures for
an automated repair.
