P> Anyone else seeing this happening? I don't know what exactly happens, but I periodically have the problem with "lost focus" - when The Bat! doesn't answer on any command, however it is "live" - i.e., GUI animation is working. In this case it can be finished properly using right-click on the taskbar button, or on the tray icon. It was also reported here that the Alt+F4 could "unstuck" The Bat! in this case (confirmed). Or, you meant anything else? -- Sincerely, Alexey.
