Yes. It's a new feature. You can change the behaviour under <Account | Properties | Mail management | Deletion>, look for "Purge Unread messages" near the bottom. For individual folders or common folders, check the "Deletion" tab of folder properties. Can this have been your problem all the time? Shame on us for not asking you whether the messages were read or unread. On the other hand, your strange experience with VFs but not actual folders decreasing their count indicates something really was wrong. So, are you back on track now? -- Regards, Marcus Ohlstrm Using The Bat! v3.0.0.18 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 4 PGP Public Key at http://www.canit.se/~marcus/pgp.asc ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.00.19 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
