That's no bug  in %ABoFromLastName, since their is no last name in the
AB, the %ToLName is being used.
Apparently that grabs the only name present in the To: header. I don't
know whether you should consider that a bug.
That should at least depend on the behaviour of the %ToFName macro in
the same case.
