The spell macro is build into The Bat!
I use SIG QT's: SIG_DK and SIG_EN
%IF:"%_DOMAIN"="dk":"%QINCLUDE(SIG_DK)":"%QINCLUDE(SIG_EN)"

And in the QT make the templates like you want and add
%LANGUAGE="XX" change XX to the language of choice (full list is in help)
