I get sort of the same thing - but mainly with messages with attachments: actually, my problem is more general with moving messages around. Moving a message from one IMAP folder to another, locks TB! (possible sending a SetFlags command) for some seconds and then - suddenly - all is OK again. I have no specific problems with moving from local outbox to remote sent folder.
