One filter mysteriously lends its properties (name and contents) to
another one. First I thought I inadvertently deleted a filter but upon
recreation and renaming I now find that another filter miraculously
has the same name and the same criteria.

When we are at it, I tried to delete the mysterious double and got an
AV, which forced me to kill TB through the Task Manager.

Still, it would also be a good idea to have an easier way to check the
accounts, at least for nested filters (like inheriting them from the
parent, or the possibility to highlight all filters at once and then
set common options).
